Dead blue whale in the middle of the channel. Blue sharks were eating it while we were there, but I wasn't able to get a photo of them.

The muddy trail to camp was steep and slippery at parts and a lot of us fell more than once. The distance was about 3/4 mile and the elevation gain was about 475 feet.
